PASAP - OUTREACH
Safe Roads, Safer Communities is a community engagement initiative presented by the Peninsula Alcohol Safety Action Program (PASAP). Together with our community partners, public safety agencies, volunteers, and sponsors, we are committed to reducing impaired driving and creating safer roads for everyone across the Virginia Peninsula. Our June 13, 2026, event brought together families, youth, educators, law enforcement, treatment providers, and local organizations for a day of education, interactive experiences, and meaningful conversations about the importance of making safe and responsible choices behind the wheel. Through prevention, accountability, and community collaboration, we are working to reduce alcohol- and drug-impaired driving while empowering individuals with the knowledge and resources needed to protect themselves and others.
Thank you to our official event sponsors. The success of Safe Roads, Safer Communities would not have been possible without the generous support of our sponsors and community partners. Their commitment to public safety helps strengthen our mission and expands our impact throughout the region.
Together, we are building safer roads and stronger communities.

🔹 Collaboration drives impact – Engaging with partner agencies and organizations strengthens our ability to provide coordinated, effective support to individuals and families.
🔹 Education and prevention matter – Sharing resources focused on safety, accountability, and recovery is essential to building healthier, more informed communities.
🔹 Access to resources is critical – Community events like this help ensure individuals are aware of and connected to the services available to support them.
🔹 Strong partnerships lead to stronger outcomes – Ongoing collaboration with community leaders and service providers creates opportunities for sustainable, meaningful change.
🔹 Empowerment starts with connection – Meeting community members where they are fosters trust and promotes greater engagement.
Peninsula ASAP extends sincere appreciation to the Office of the 86th District and all participating partners for their dedication to strengthening our communities. We are honored to stand alongside organizations committed to advancing safety, health, and well-being for all.
